Matt Arnold is CEO of Unimacts Global, a global industrial manufacturing services company with a presence in North America, Western Europe, Asia and Australia.

Matt has 25+ years of global manufacturing and supply chain leadership experience. Matt has guided Unimacts since its founding in 2002. Prior to Unimacts, he was a VP of Business Development and Product Management at the supply chain software company i2 Technologies.

Matt was a manager in General Electric’s Corporate Initiatives group where he led global sourcing and supply chain projects, helped roll out Six Sigma globally, as well as led GE’s business development efforts to get into wind power. At AT Kearney he was a sourcing and supply chain consultant. Matt also worked for Kenetech, one of the early companies in the wind industry in the USA, doing supply chain and new product development work.

Matt started his career at General Electric in various quality, manufacturing and engineering roles in aircraft engines and power generation. In addition, Matthew has been a board member and advisor to many young alternative energy and manufacturing companies.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Union College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
